Rental Rates

Facilities are rented on an hourly basis. The hourly rates charged include the actual time the room is rented for your activity, plus the time necessary for your group to set up, decorate, break down and clean the room.

Commercial Events

When facilities are used for a commercial event, the rent of the facility shall be the base rent or 10% of gross receipts, whichever is greater. There is a maximum of $1200 that will be charged per performance day. The base rent is to be paid at least 30 days prior to the event. Percentage of admission fees or collections in excess of the base rent shall be paid to the County of Sonoma during the business hours of the first business day following the scheduled event.

Holiday Rates

Holiday rates are an additional 20% of the base rent. Holiday rates apply to Christmas Day, News Year's Day, Lincoln's Birthday, President's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Martin Luther King's Birthday, Veterans Day, and Thanksgiving Day.
