Refunds - Prior to Check in

You may be able to reduce your stay without charge and receive a refund if you contact park reservations at least one day prior to the arrival. Reservations staff can be contacted Monday through Friday, 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., excluding holidays in our office or by phone at (707) 565-CAMP (707-565-2267).

Refunds - After check in

Refunds of camping fees after check in may be available under the following circumstances subject to the approval of the Supervising Ranger:

• Family emergency, such as serious illness or death.
• Emergency personnel called to work.
• Site or park closures.
