Information & Referral Program

Human Services Information and Referral is a service that helps people in need find the services that can best alleviate or eliminate that need. The Human Services Department in partnership with the Volunteer Center of Sonoma County maintains a comprehensive, up-to-date data base accessible to the public that lists detailed information on hundreds of agencies and programs that serve the residents of Sonoma County. This allows you to connect with community services quickly. In addition to the online resources you can call the Information & Referral (I&R) office at (707) 565-2108 during normal business hours and speak with a trained Information & Referral Specialist.
