Santa Rosa Family Medicine Residency

The Sonoma County Department of Health Services is a proud partner in the Santa Rosa Family Medicine Residency Consortium, the local medical residency program in Sonoma County. Consortium members include the University of California - San Francisco, Sonoma County Health Services, Southwest Community Health Center, Sutter Medical Center of Santa Rosa, Kaiser Hospital and the Permanente Medical Group, and Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital.

The purpose of this website is to connect medical residents and faculty with training and learning opportunities within Sonoma County Public Health that meet community medicine or elective rotation needs. Resources available on this website include:
