The Public Health Regional Laboratory is located at the Department of Health Services Administration building in Santa Rosa:

Directions

If you are driving SOUTH on Highway 101:

• Highway 101 to Santa Rosa
• Exit Hopper Ave.
• Turn left on Cleveland Ave. (at off-ramp stop sign)
• Turn left on Industrial Dr.
• Industrial Dr. becomes Mendocino Ave.
• Turn slight right to stay on Mendocino Ave.
• Turn left on Chanate Rd.
• Turn left to stay on Chanate Rd. (at stop light)

The Public Health Regional Laboratory is located across from Sutter Health Center.

If you are driving NORTH on Highway 101:

• Highway 101 to Santa Rosa
• Exit Bicentennial Way East
• Turn right on Mendocino Ave.
• Turn left on Chanate Rd.
• Turn left to stay on Chanate Rd. (at stop light)

The Public Health Regional Laboratory is located across from Sutter Health Center.

Parking

30-minute and 90-minute guest parking spaces are available in front of the DHS Administration building. If additional parking is needed, temporary, one-day parking passes are available at the reception desk.
