Provides special services for people with HIV and substance abuse issues. Also provides outreach, HIV and chemical dependency counseling and referral, detox and maintenance services, outpatient drug-free individual and group counseling, residential treatment, perinatal drug programs, and HIV and Hepatitis C testing and counseling. Family support for all services is also available.
Hours: Monday - Thursday: 9:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m.
Friday: 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Fees: Sliding scale, Medi-Cal, and other insurance accepted.

Provides programs focusing on alcohol and other drug related problems through residential and outpatient detox programs, as well as non-residential counseling, community prevention and education services. Groups in the evenings. Staff sensitive to HIV issue.s
Hours: Detox hours are 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Anonymous services. S.H.A.R.P. is a syringe exchange program with sites throughout Sonoma County. Education, risk reduction materials, HIV & Hepatitis C testing is also available.

Registered pharmacies may sell new, sterile hypodermic needles and syringes to individuals (adults, 18 years or older) with out a prescription. A person can purchase a 10-pack of new, sterile syringes at a time from a registered pharmacy. A FREE sharps container is available at the time of purchase for a safe disposal of used needles.
