Project ReConnect Tool Kit
Building a ReConnect Program
Developing a simple and concise job description will help with the recruitment of your Project ReConnect Advocates. Be as specific as possible when developing your job description. Include your position summary, key responsibilities, qualifications, training, job benefits, time commitment, and immediate supervisor or direct report.
Sonoma County developed an invitation/application for Project ReConnect Advocates. This letter describes the program purpose and the application process. Once a person is selected as a ReConnect Advocate, they review and sign a letter of agreement outlining the job responsibilities and job expectations.
