Tuberculosis (TB) Testing
Public Health has enjoyed providing immunizations and routine Tuberculosis (TB) testing for work clearance for many years. Because these services are now available in drug stores, community health clinics, and other locations in Sonoma County, Public Health will no longer be providing routine TB testing as of Monday, October 26, 2009.
The public health clinic will continue to provide evaluation and consultation for individuals suspected to have latent TB infection (LTBI). For information please call the public health clinic at 565-4824.
Public Health will continue to provide evaluation of individuals suspected to have active tuberculosis through our TB control program.
