The Sonoma County Nurse-Family Partnership Advisory Council meets four times a year to provide guidance and support to the Nurse-Family Partnership program, an evidence-based nurse home visiting program that serves low-income, first-time mothers.
Interested members of the public are welcome at all Council meetings. Meetings are an opportunity to network and offer ideas that improve program quality and sustainability.
Meetings are held at the WIC Office, 1450 Guerneville Rd. in Santa Rosa from 7:30 to 9:00 a.m. A light breakfast will be served with an opportunity for networking before and after the meeting. New participants are welcome: bring a friend or colleague that might be interested in learning about Nurse-Family Partnership.
