Inspection reports: Health & Safety Code Section 113946 (c)

A copy of the most recent inspection report shall be maintained at each food facility. The food facility shall post a notice advising patrons that a copy of the most recent inspection report is available for review by interested parties.

Food facility operators are required to allow interested parties to read their most recent report. Operators should keep the most recent inspection report in a location which is known and accessible to all employees.
