Request for Proposal #CX3-A111411: Communities of Excellence (CX3) Program Assessment Contractor

Q: Do the Community Surveyors get paid directly from the County, or does the selected contractor pay them? I'm asking for tax purposes, and just don't want the tax liability.

A: As per Section H of the RFP, the selected contractor must be able to meet all deliverables and deadlines outlined in the Scope of Work. This includes meeting all local, state, and federal tax requirements for payments (i.e., salary, stipends, per diems) paid to Community Surveyors.

Q: Does the selected contractor assume responsibility for the Community Surveyors on my own liability policy, or are they somehow protected or covered through the County?

A: As per Section H of the RFP, the selected contractor must be able to meet all deliverables and deadlines outlined in the Scope of Work. This includes being able to provide the necessary insurance required to conduct the activities outlined in the Scope of Work, including organizing residents to assist in the CX3 neighborhood data collection using CX3 tools and methods.
