Request for Proposal #111411: SNAP-Ed Nutrition Education Contractor

The Sonoma County Department of Health Services (DHS) and Human Services Department (HSD) are soliciting proposals from organizations, agencies, or individuals to assist with the implementation of a comprehensive public health nutrition program to promote the 2010 Dietary Guidelines, increase fruit and vegetable consumption, and increase physical activity among the SNAP-Ed (Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program-Education) eligible population.
