The Sonoma County Department of Health Services announces the release of a request for qualifications (RFQ) for individuals or firms with expertise in planning, facilitation, and implementation of community-based initiatives that effectively engage the community and support organizational collaboration to solve complex health and social problems. Support in planning and facilitation is needed to complete an updated Action Plan (2012-2015) for Health Action, a partnership of community leaders, organizations, and individuals committed to improving the health of all Sonoma County residents and creating a healthier community through collective action.
