Motorists are traveling beyond the speed limit throughout the construction zone. The speed is 55 miles per hour. Please help spread the word, “Slow for the Cone Zone.”

Commute Pass Program:

County employees who work at one of the approved work-sites listed below are entitled to receive FREE bus passes and/or tickets for Sonoma County Transit or Santa Rosa City Bus. See details below.

Sonoma County Transit, a division of Transportation & Public Works Department, provides fixed-route public transit service seven days a week to most small towns and communities in the unincorporated areas and to each of the County of Sonoma's nine incorporated cities. County employees who work at one of the approved work-sites listed below are entitled to receive FREE bus passes and/or tickets for Sonoma County Transit or Santa Rosa City Bus. (Please note: Employees working for a temporary agency such as Manpower are not eligible to participate in the program.) Click here to go to the Sonoma County Transit site.

Airport Industrial Area: All County owned or leased offices.

Chanate Complex: Public Health, and all Clinics.

County Administration Center: All County-owned or - leased offices located between Steele Lane and Bicentennial Way and between Highway 101 and Mendocino Avenue.

Downtown Santa Rosa: College Avenue, Humboldt Street, Mendocino Avenue.

Northpoint Parkway/Corporate Center: Capricorn Way, Challenger Way, Northpoint Parkway.

Water Agency: West College Avenue or Corporate Center locations.

If you sign up for the program, please remember that this a County-paid benefit to be used by eligible COUNTY EMPLOYEES ONLY. Transit passes are not to be used by family members or friends.

ENROLLMENT: All eligible employees wishing to participate must first sign an enrollment card. Enrollment cards are available from payroll clerks or can be obtained by calling Sonoma County Transit at 585-7516.
