The Sonoma County Fire Grant Team includes three members of the Administration Division staff. The Primary goal is to research and secure funding resources for the various needs of the Volunteer Fire Companies of County Fire, as well as for Fire Prevention, Hazardous Materials, and Emergency Management Divisions
In addition to writing grant proposals, the Grant Team administers the performance of the grants, ensuring that all grant objectives are met.
