IDB Financing
The California Association for Local Economic Development (CALED) is offering a financing resource, Industrial Development Bonds (IDB), in cooperation with the EDB to help local manufacturing companies expand. The program assists manufacturing/processing firms, such as local wineries and food processors, obtain more favorable financing.

• Interest rates 20 to 30 percent below standard commercial lending rates
• Predictible, long-term loans
• $10 million maximum borrowed amount
