Bulletins

Special Bulletins and Informational Bulletins are listed below. Many times there are questions about fire codes and procedures with in the Fire Prevention Division, located in the Permits and Resource Management Department. Bulletins provide helpful direction of fire code regulations and inspection procedures in the jurisdiction of Sonoma County Department of Emergency Services

Key:

Bulletins will be followed by a number, this number corresponds with the year it was created. The second set of numbers is the order, with in the year created, followed by a letter. The letter will help distinguish if the bulletin is new or revised. Bulletin numbers followed by the letter (N) means new. The Letter (R) means revised.

1. Example: 2009-01N
2. Example: 2009-03R

Example 1 identifies the bulletin was created in the year 2009, item number 1, version (new)

Example 2 identifies the bulletin was created in the year 2009, item number 3, version (Revised)
