Planning, Logistics, and Admin Sections do most of their work

Management Office:

This is where the EOC Director and Section Chiefs conduct
briefings, planning sessions, and conference calls. |
Public Information Office:

This is the area where the Public Information Officer and
staff write and issue press releases and arrange for media
interviews. |
Public Information Hotline:

This hotline is staffed when the EOC is activated to answer
questions regarding the emergency from the general public.
This helps take the load of non-emergency calls off of the
9-1-1 dispatch center. The Emergency Public Information Hotline
number is 707/565-3856. |
Auxiliary Communications Center:

This is where Sonoma County Auxiliary Communications Service
(ACS) volunteers coordinate all auxiliary communications in
the County. |
