Administration Division
The Administration Division provides the support
services that enable all operations of the Department to run smoothly,
such as supporting the other divisions and managing the financial,
personnel and administrative duties. Under the supervision of the
Department Accountant, professionals skilled in accounting, budget
preparation and analysis, payroll management, clerical services
and customer service staff the Division.
Our division also provides administrative services for the volunteer
agencies CFD#7-Mayacamas, CSD#4-Wilmar, CSD#5-Dry Creek/Sotoyome,
and CSA#40-Dry Creek/Sotoyome, Wilmar, Sea Ranch. By contract, services
are also provided for Timber Cove Fire Protection District.
The Department Grant Team is comprised
of 4 Administration Division staff, whose goals are to research
and secure funding resources for the various needs of the Volunteer
Fire Departments as well as the other Divisions.
