Can I make partial payment?

Answer

Yes but the portion you don't pay will become an arrearage which you will eventually have to pay. When your arrearage totals one month of support, the Department of Child Support Services will take an enforcement action. Interest accrues at the rate of 10% per year (see above) on all arrearages.
