Doesn't the other parent have to let me see my child if I'm paying support?

Answer

The court establishes visitations, not the Department of Child Support Services. Visitation and support are separate issues. If you wish to establish visitation or if the other parent is not living up to the court ordered visitation, you will need to file a motion with the court. Do not stop paying support.
