What Other Information Am I Required to Provide?

Requests for information - As an employer, you may be asked to verify an employee's employment status, wages and benefits.

Termination of employee - You are also responsible for notifying the child support agency if an employee with a child support withholding order leaves your employment for any reason.

It is against the law to terminate an employee simply because you received a child support income withholding order/notice for him or her.
