Child Care Expense Collection Services

The DCSS can enforce orders for child care expenses if the expenses are included in the child support order and are for a specific dollar amount. The DCSS cannot collect child care expenses if the order states that the non-custodial parent (NP) is to pay an unspecified amount (example: "one-half" or "as costs are incurred".)
