WRESTLING COACH CHARGED WITH CHILD MOLEST

District Attorney Stephan Passalacqua announced today that the District Attorney’s Office filed four felony charges against Henry Kremer.

Henry Kremer served as a parent-volunteer wrestling coach at a Rohnert Park Middle School. Kremer was arraigned on Friday, October 20, 2006 before the Honorable Kenneth Gnoss. He is charged with two counts of lewd and lascivious conduct against Jane Doe, a thirteen year old girl, occurring between Feb. 1, 2006 and Sept. 22, 2006 and a third count occurring on Sept. 24, 2006. Kremer is also charged with indecent exposure with a prior conviction. Bail was increased to $300,000. The case was continued to Tuesday, October 24, 2006 for entry of plea and bail review.
