At this time, the Sonoma County District Attorney does not intend to proceed on the misdemeanor charges filed against the defendant in this case. Mr. Karr’s pending matter in Colorado has priority.

Once authorities in Boulder, Colorado have completed their investigation into Mr. Karr’s involvement in a criminal case in their jurisdiction, a decision on the status of the prosecution in his Sonoma County case will be made at that time.
