- Provide electronic timesheets
- Integrate electronic timesheets to County payroll system
- Automate existing pay policies to provide consistent application across departments/agencies
- Move to a paperless environment
- Reduce data entry and labor of entering time by payroll staff
- Give departments the ability to allocate time to their own existing cost
accounting codes
- Support current use of existing labor distribution report by departments
- Reports-standard vendor provided reports
- Minimum scheduling features for payroll purposes only
TimeSaver 2.0 — (Future Rollouts)
- Automate and make available 9/8/1 schedules to non-exempt employees
- Upgrade to Kronos version 5.1
