Public Comments: Comments from the public may be addressed to each listed agenda item prior to the Committee taking any action on the item, and on non-agenda matters during the two general Public Comment periods. When invited to speak, please sign the “Public Comment Sign-In Sheet”, and clearly state your name and address. Please be brief and limit your comments to the specific subject under discussion. Time limitations may be imposed at the discretion of the Committee Chairperson.
