ROSELAND REDEVELOPMENT AREAOn November 27, 1984, the Sonoma County Board of Supervisors approved the Redevelopment Plan for the Roseland Redevelopment Project.
Urban Vision Plan:The Sebastopol Road Urban Vision Plan is the product of a community planning effort by the City of Santa Rosa and the Sonoma County Community Development Commission. The Plan addresses land use and circulation for approximately 125 acres along Sebastopol Road from Stony Point Road to Dutton Avenue in the Roseland community. It also provides for streetscape improvements along Sebastopol Road. Such improvements include addition of a median, wider sidewalks, bulbouts and special paving treatments at intersections and enhanced landscaping along portions of the corridor. A non-binding, conceptual site plan is also provided for the Roseland Village Shopping Center on the north side of Sebastopol Road. Guidelines as to future architectural character of the Roseland Village Shopping Center are also included. Maps
