Sonoma County Rent Stabilization Ordinances

The Sonoma County Community Development Commission administers the Rent Control Ordinance for the unincorporated areas of Sonoma County, and is under contract with the cities of Cotati, Petaluma, Sebastopol, Healdsburg and the Town of Windsor to provide arbitration services for space rent disputes.
