Mobile Home Rent Stabilization Arbitrator Information

Residency in Sonoma County’s mobile home parks is governed both by State law and by a variety of local ordinances.  Our arbitrators help residents and park owners resolve disputes over rent increases and other price adjustments which are the subject of these regulations.

Sonoma County Mobile Home Rent Stabilization Arbitrators receive compensation of $500 per arbitration hearing and $150 per decision, plus reasonable expenses.
