The Sonoma County CDC staff and Continuum of Care Coordinator are offering a half day session on how your agency can improve its HMIS data quality scores.  The session will benefit Executive Directors, Case Managers and agency IT staff who are directly responsible for the quality of data being entered into the online system.  We will review the 2010 AHAR and current HMIS Data Quality reports to learn how the data quality grade is achieved and identify steps to improve your agency’s scoring.

Jenny Abramson, Sonoma County, Continuum of Care Coordinator will be providing an overview of the anticipated changes brought about by the HEARTH Act and a look forward to impacts on HMIS reporting.
