The current interest rate is 3%. The loan term is 20 years. Monthly payments may be deferred for eligible Owner Occupant applicants (those whose monthly housing expenses exceed 30% of household income). Eligibility for a deferred payment loan is determined after the completed application and all necessary verification information has been received. Other conditions and restrictions may apply.
