The Community Development
Commission (CDC) administers the Flood Elevation Mitigation Program
with a current staff of 5 located in its Guerneville, California offices.
The program provides financial grants; in the amount of $49,333.00 and
staff assistance to those properties occupied on a year-round basis by
both owners and tenants which need to be elevated above the 100-year flood
level.
