COUNTY FUND FOR HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT HOUSING FUNDFor accessibility assistance with any documents on this page, please refer to our Accessibility Assistance. The Sonoma County Community Development Commission has funds available to lend from the County Fund for Housing (CFH) and the Redevelopment Low/Mod Housing Fund (RHF). The CFH and RHF make short-term and long-term loans to nonprofit and for-profit developers for the production and preservation of affordable rental and ownership housing. In order to be eligible for funding, proposed housing developments must serve extremely low-income, very low-income, low-income, and/or moderate-income households according to specified criteria. Eligible expenses include predevelopment, site acquisition and construction costs. CFH funds are available County-wide in the unincorporated areas and RHF funds are available within specific redevelopment project areas. The links below provide information about the policies and application process for CFH funds.
