The agenda is divided into two sections:
CONSENT CALENDAR: These matters include routine financial and administrative actions, appear in the blue section and are usually approved by a single majority vote. Any Board Member may remove an item from the consent calendar.
REGULAR CALENDAR: These items include significant and administrative actions of special interest, appear in the white section and are classified by program area.
The regular calendar also includes "Set Matters," which are noticed hearings, work sessions and public hearings.
AGENDA SUPPORTING MATERIALS: Most background materials, proposed Board actions and other information are available online, linked to the respective agenda item. These materials will be available by 12:00 P.M. on Friday of the week prior to the meeting. However, due to legal, copyright, privacy or policy considerations, not all materials are posted. Materials that are not posted are available for public inspection between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday at 575 Administration Drive, Room 100A, Santa Rosa, CA.

32. Job Order Contracting
Authorize the Chair to execute a
contract with Agbayani Construction for a minimum
contract amount of $50,000 with a maximum contract amount of $4,000,000. The
maximum contract term will be either one calendar year from the effective date
of Notice to Proceed or when issued Job Orders totaling the maximum contract
amount have been completed, whichever occurs first.
Authorize the Chair to execute a
contract with Sea Pac Engineering, Inc. for a minimum contract amount of
$50,000, with a maximum contract amount of $1,000,000. The maximum contract
term will be either one calendar year from the effective date of Notice to
Proceed or when issued Job Orders totaling the maximum contract amount have
been completed, whichever occurs first.
Authorize the Chair to execute a
contract with Torres Construction for a minimum contract amount of $50,000,
with a maximum contract amount of $500,000. The maximum contract term will be
either one calendar year from the effective date of Notice to Proceed or when
issued Job Orders totaling the maximum contract amount have been completed,
whichever occurs first.
Adopt a resolution (1) authorizing
the County Architect to issue individual job orders with values up to $125,000;
(2) authorizing the Director of General Services to issue individual job orders
with values from $125,000 to $250,000; (3) authorizing the County Administrator
to issue all job orders over $250,000 and; (4) ordering that the projects
consistent with the scope and purposes of job order contracting, as determined
by the County Architect, be performed under the Job Order Contract with Agbayani Construction, Sea Pac Engineering, Inc., and
Torres Construction.
