The agenda is divided into two sections:

CONSENT CALENDAR: These matters include routine financial and administrative actions, appear in the blue section and are usually approved by a single majority vote. Any Board Member may remove an item from the consent calendar.


REGULAR CALENDAR: These items include significant and administrative actions of special interest, appear in the white section and are classified by program area.

The regular calendar also includes "Set Matters," which are noticed hearings, work sessions and public hearings.

AGENDA SUPPORTING MATERIALS: Most background materials, proposed Board actions and other information are available online, linked to the respective agenda item. These materials will be available by 12:00 P.M. on Friday of the week prior to the meeting. However, due to legal, copyright, privacy or policy considerations, not all materials are posted. Materials that are not posted are available for public inspection between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday at 575 Administration Drive, Room 100A, Santa Rosa, CA.

50.       Acquisition of a Conservation Easement over the Quinlan Ranch Property (PDF: 152k)

Resolution of the Board of Directors of the Sonoma County Agricultural Preservation and Open Space District authorizing and directing the President to execute an agreement for the acquisition of a conservation easement over the Quinlan Ranch property (approximately 248 acres) for a total price of $1,680,000; determining that the acquisition is consistent with the 2020 Sonoma County General Plan; authorizing and directing the execution of a certificate of acceptance; directing the preparation of escrow instructions; and directing the filing of a Notice of Exemption in compliance with the California Environmental Quality Act

Approve Human Services Department to prepare and oversee a Request for Proposal process to select the Service Provider that will deliver Wraparound Services to eligible families
