The agenda is divided into two sections:

CONSENT CALENDAR: These matters include routine financial and administrative actions, appear in the blue section and are usually approved by a single majority vote. Any Board Member may remove an item from the consent calendar.


REGULAR CALENDAR: These items include significant and administrative actions of special interest, appear in the white section and are classified by program area.

The regular calendar also includes "Set Matters," which are noticed hearings, work sessions and public hearings.

AGENDA SUPPORTING MATERIALS: Most background materials, proposed Board actions and other information are available online, linked to the respective agenda item. These materials will be available by 12:00 P.M. on Friday of the week prior to the meeting. However, due to legal, copyright, privacy or policy considerations, not all materials are posted. Adopt the Sonoma County Water Agency's (Agency) Temporary Allocation of Transmission System Capacity for allocation of the 53 MGD of average day peak month water supply that is available from the transmission system

 

Replace the Agency's Temporary Allocation of Transmission System Capacity with an alternate allocation that is unanimously approved by the Water Advisory Committee

 

Direct Agency staff to monitor deliveries to contractors on a monthly basis to evaluate compliance with the State Water Resources Control Board (Water Board).  Order and report this information to Board of Directors and the Water Advisory Committee

 

Direct Agency staff to monitor water savings as compared to 2004 in its service area on a monthly basis and report this information to the Board of Directors and the Water Advisory Committee

 

Direct Agency staff to send the letters to customers in the Agency's service area and others served by Lake Mendocino regarding the need to achieve the Water Board's water conservation goals
