Hazardous Materials Program

In 1993, the Board of Supervisors designated this department to inspect all agricultural facilities for compliance with hazardous materials and hazardous waste laws and regulations. Our office along with Emergency Services is a Certified Unified Program Agency (CUPA). Emergency Services is the lead agency of the CUPA.
