European Grapevine Moth (EGVM)Compliance AgreementsIF YOU ALREADY HAVE A COMPLIANCE AGREEMENT:Growers, Harvesters, Haulers and Wineries, please check the revision date in the lower left corner of the exhibits (1269 A, B, C, D1, D2, and Appendix 1, as applicable). If the revision date is before August 1, 2011, please continue reading. The California Department of Food and Agriculture (CDFA) is now requiring that growers, harvesters, haulers and wineries, with EGVM compliance agreements, have the latest versions of the applicable exhibits which have been released since August 1, 2011. Please note that growers, harvesters, and wineries, who do not already have a copy of the August 1, 2011 version of Appendix 1, must also sign and return Appendix 1. Select the appropriate exhibit from EGVM Exhibits print, sign and return them to our office via mail, fax (707) 565-3850, or email at Sonomaag@sonoma-county.org. Please include your business name and compliance agreement number on each exhibit. CDFA has made numerous revisions to the European Grapevine Moth compliance agreements exhibits since they were first issued in May, 2010. List of Businesses with Compliance Agreements A list of businesses, with their compliance agreements and exhibits, is available through the following link: CDFA List of Businesses with signed Compliance Agreements. To search for a specific business, first select the appropriate county, then type in the name of the business in the “Find” box located in the center of the toolbar at the top of the page. If you have an EGVM compliance agreement, and your business name is not on this list, please let us know by emailing our office at Sonomaag@sonoma-county.org. We will need the following information: Business Name, Manager Name, Mailing Address, Physical Address, Phone Number, Fax Number, and E-mail Address. IF YOU DON’T HAVE A COMPLIANCE AGREEMENTCompliance agreements are required in order to move grapes, nursery stock or green waste of host material (Host List), and equipment used in the growing, harvesting, hauling and processing of host material within or from, the EGVM quarantine area. The businesses in Sonoma County most commonly needing an EGVM compliance agreement include grape growers, haulers of grapes, wineries, nurseries which sell host material, and green waste haulers and receivers.
