Bio-Control

The Agricultural Commissioner’s Office works with CDFA to develop the use of effective biological controls for use on troublesome pests of agriculture. Biological control organisms have been placed throughout the County to help in the control of: Puncture Vine, Yellow Starthistle, Gorse, Ash Whitefly and Scotch Broom.
