The Sonoma County Parks & Recreation Advisory Commission meeting will hold its regular meeting on Monday, September 8, 2003, from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. The meeting will be held at Sunset Beach park site, located at the corner of Sunset Avenue and River Road, in Forestville. The Sunset Beach property was purchased by the Agriculture Preservation and Open Space District in 2002. Once developed, the park will offer outstanding river access to the public. Parking is limited along the north side of River Road. The agenda includes an update on the master plan for the park and a tour of the site.
