The public is invited to attend the May 19 meeting of the Sonoma County Parks & Recreation Advisory Commission. The meeting will begin at 4 p.m. and will be held in the conference room of the Valley of the Moon Boys & Girls Club, located within the Maxwell Farms Regional Park in Sonoma. The Commissioners will hear a presentation on law enforcement at the park, the Parks Department's budget update, and an update on the Healdsburg Memorial Beach dam. The Commission will also consider their 2003 work plan and 2002 accomplishments.

Following the meeting, the Commission will tour the Boys & Girls club facility and the skateboard park at the Maxwell Farms Regional Park. After the tour, the Commissioners may attend the dedication of the new tennis courts at the Maxwell Farms Regional Park.
