Spectacular Sonoma Coast

No visit to Sonoma County is complete without visiting the Sonoma Coast. Beginning at Bodega Bay and continuing along State Highway 1,  the beaches and vistas of the rugged coast are a dominating feature and a favorite for all ages. The following Regional Park facilities are available to make your visit a memorable one.

Always be careful when visiting the Sonoma Coast.

• Watch your step. 

• Stay away from rock outcroppings that may look easily accessible but can also cause you to be stranded. 

• Sleeper waves are common. Use extreme caution when walking along the shore, especially with young children.
