Reservations/Changes

Campers must make reservations at least 10 days in advance of the planned arrival date.  Up to 2 campsites may be reserved per household, per park visit, subject to availability. Specific site requests are not guaranteed, primarily due to weather related closures.  If another camper is in the site assigned to you, please contact a park official for assistance.

Starting on the first Monday in November, campers may make individual campsite reservations for the following calendar year.  Group campsites may be reserved through the camping reservation call center, from 10 days to one year in advance of the planned arrival date.

Reservations may be made Online (individual sites only), by telephone (707) 565-2267 or in person Monday through Friday, 10:00 am - 3:00 pm, excluding holidays. Payment must be made with VISA®, Master Card®, American Express®, or Discover® when reserving by telephone or online.  In person, cash and checks are also accepted at 2300 County Center Drive # 120A, Santa Rosa, CA. Payment in full is due at time of booking.

A non-refundable reservation fee will be charged for EACH campsite reserved.

Before making a reservation, have the following information ready:

• Park(s) selected
• Date you plan to start camping
• Alternative park and camping date choices
• Length of RV or number and size of tents
• Number of people that will occupy the campsite
• Number of nights you wish to camp
• Your phone number with area code
• Credit card number, expiration date and security code
• Mailing address, billing address and email address

Canceling or Changing Reservations

• Cancellation: To cancel a reservation call (707) 565-2267, Monday through Friday, 10:00 am to 3:00 pm (excluding holidays); no later than the original arrival date.  If a reservation is cancelled at any time the first nights camping fee, the reservation fee and any change fees are forfeit for each site. 
• Change or Move: (707) 565-2267, Monday through Friday, 10:00 am to 3:00 pm (excluding holidays); at least one day prior to the original arrival date. A non-refundable change fee will be collected for each move or change per campsite altered. Any new dates chosen need to be at least 10 days out from the date the change is made and within the same calendar year.

Group Campsites

•  Cancellation: To cancel a reservation call (707) 565-2267, Monday through Friday, 10:00 am to 3:00 pm (excluding holidays); no later than the original arrival date.  If a reservation is cancelled at anytime the reservation fee and any change fees are forfeit.  The forfeiture of camping fees varies depending on how many days in advance the reservation is cancelled.

- less than 30 days in advance: forfeit the first nights camping fee
- 30 to 89 days in advance: forfeit 50% of the first nights camping fee
- 90 or more days in advance: no forfeiture of camping fees

• Change or Move: To change or move a reservation call (707) 565-2267, Monday through Friday, 10:00 am to 3:00 pm (excluding holidays); at least one day prior to the original arrival date. A non-refundable change fee will be collected for each move or change per campsite altered. Any new dates chosen need to be at least 10 days out from the date the change is made and within the same calendar year.
