The Assessment Roll is a public document that lists property values and location information for all taxable real estate, business property and personal property in the county. Information we display here is current as of the most recently published Assessment Roll. To protect your privacy, we do not display address information in the results of any searches you perform on this web site. California Government Code Section 6254.21 prohibits the display of home addresses or telephone numbers of any elected or appointed official on the Internet by any state or local agency without first obtaining the written permission of that individual. To comply with the statute, property searches are allowed by parcel identification numbers and address. Searches by name are no longer available and the search results will not include owner name. - Street Address
- Type your search criteria in the corresponding blank row
in the "Search Criteria" column
- Select a "Search Type" from the drop-down menu
in the row corresponding to the search criteria you have
chosen (the default is "Begins with").
- Click "Submit" once and wait for our search
system to display a list of records that match your criteria
- Click the underlined assessment number of a record in the results list to view detailed information about that assessment
No Results?
If your search doesn't result in any records, you may want to broaden your search criteria. For example, if you searched on an address you know to be current and got no results, try leaving off the street type designation (e.g., Street, Avenue, Road). You can also broaden searches by selecting "Contains" instead of "Begins with" from the "Search Type" drop-down menu in the second column. Keep in mind that the amount of time it takes to return a results list will increase with broader searches.
How to Correct Wrong or Missing Information
What if your search results indicate that some of the information we have on file is incorrect? For instance, suppose you think that we are maintaining an incorrect value or lot size on our records? In this or similar situations, please contact us and we will investigate your concern and take steps to correct any wrong or missing information.
