Any of the forms listed below can be downloaded in PDF format, but only the forms marked Click Me to eFile can be filed electronically.

Click on the Click Me to eFile symbol next to the name of a form to begin the eFile process. You should read our disclaimer about eFiling before filing online. Also, please keep the following in mind:

• Please be advised that the eFile links will take you away from the Sonoma County Assessor's website. If you need accessibility assistance, please visit our Accessibility Assistance Information page.
• If you are eFiling a Business Property Statement for the first time you must complete all required information; you should have received a notice from us with eFile information for your business (contact us if you didn't). If you have previously eFiled a Business Property Statement, prior year eFiling information will be carried forward.
• Secured Socket Layer (SSL) technology is used to ensure security. This may affect response time. We recommend an internet connection speed of 56.6 kbps or greater.
• The eFiling software does not currently work properly with the Safari browser. If you are are using an Apple™ computer, we recommend using a Mozilla-based browser like Firefox.
• Prior to submitting a form for final eFiling, you can print or save a draft copy for your review. When you have completed the eFiling process, you will be able to view and print a PDF edition of your completed form for your files.

The Standard Data Record System. Click Me to eFile	The Standard Data Record (SDR) System is designed to simplify the process of filing annual property statements for businesses that have multiple locations in one or more California counties. The SDR system only accepts Business Property Statements that are filed electronically in the approved XML file format. Programming and/or software are required to create SDR files.
